This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. We wrote it to be read, not to be skipped.
Who we are
Allies, Inc. is a Florida Public Benefit Corporation. We operate allies.gg and related products and services. Our registered address is 7901 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702, USA. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@allies.gg.
What we collect
We collect only what we need. When you visit allies.gg, we receive standard web server logs: your IP address, the page you requested, the time of the request, and basic browser information. These logs help us keep the site running and secure.
If you contact us by email (for example, through a careers or press inquiry), we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you and for no other purpose.
We do not use advertising tracking. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not build behavioral profiles.
How we use it
Web server logs are used to:
- Diagnose and fix technical problems
- Identify and block malicious traffic
- Understand general traffic patterns (aggregate, never individual)
Contact information is used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Web server logs are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Contact emails are retained for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and then deleted within one year of the last communication.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to processing. If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data).

Third-party services
allies.gg is hosted on Apache. Our email is handled by a third-party email provider. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising-oriented tracking services. We use minimal third-party services and review them for privacy compliance before deployment.

Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “last updated” date at the top and, if the changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of allies.gg after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
